If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

From forums:
"If the "Store EFB Copies to texture only" option is unchecked (in EFB), then after the first company logo, Dolphin shows this dialog:

"Line 217, File: DXTexture.cpp, ignore and continue? ignore and continue?" (that last part is duplicated for some reason)

Changing to OpenGL displays a similar warning, but with a different source file.

In both cases, after that, Dolphin crashes back to desktop.

Build 5.0 6194, D3D, all default options"
