DISCLAIMER: I HAVE NO IDEA IF THE GAME DOES THIS ON CONSOLE. ALSO NOTE TO GET TO THIS POINT IN THE GAME YOU HAVE TO WALK THROUGH A WALL DURING THE TUTORIAL TO AVOID CRASHES IN DOLPHIN. THIS IS SURPRISINGLY EASY.

I've attached a video and log showing what happens when you defuse a bomb in True Crime: New York City. The sounds behave weirdly. I don't have the disc on me right now to confirm if this happens or not so I wanted to record this behavior because it's interesting.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Complete the Intro + Police Training Tutorial to the point where you enter the City with the main missions of find the FBI Garage. During this point you will get random missions. I got the random mission for disposing of a bomb in an office building. I completed it, and the video attached happened.
