Description

[The following is a template to help you fill out a more informative
report]

Note:
Many games do not run yet, or have known problems. Please do not report
those games without giving any more information. That means reports like
"Game XYZ crashes" are not helpful. Instead try to include as much debug
information as possible. Also try to search the issue tracker for similar
bugs before creating a new issue.

--------------------------------------

1) Super smash Bros: Brawl RSBE01

2) During the subspace emissary cutscenes, despite the normal 60 FPS, video is slowed down a bit, and every character's voice is kinda doubled (like Jinpachi's voice from tekken 5 when he shouts), and this audio problem is the most annoying.

3) I have it on every Dolphin version I tried, gameplay is normal, only cutscenes are bad

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Turn on the game
  2. Choose solo-adventure
  3. Wait until the cutscene

5) Dolphin x64 3.0-913
Windows 7 64 bit, nvidia gtx 570 driver version 9.18.13.697

Tested. Fine with LLE. HLE has constant crackling in the cutscenes, and the airship cutscene in particular had considerable slowdown (second cutscene).

I'm running a Core i5 3750K @ 4.7ghz, so it's not performance related.

It can be addressed by forcing the framelimiter to 60fps. Videos go at the proper speed, but the view looks rough. Audio still isn't perfect (HLE).
