What went wrong?
I hear sometimes a cracking sound for a few seconds.

What did you expect to happen?
No cracking sound.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When a movie plays you sometimes hear a cracking sound. Also after a few seconds when you left Dexter's diner (to where the minikits are)you'll hear the cracking sound a few seconds. There could be more situations where you'll hear the cracking sound, but these situations are easy to reproduce.

What version of Dolphin were you using (please test the latest version

I didn't test the game with older versions.

Changing to one of the other three sound backends (DSound, OpenAL etc.) doesn't solve the issue. Also changing the Latency of the OpenAL backend doesn't solve the issue. Changing the DSP Emulator Engine to LLE Recompiler seems to solve the problem for me.

Is DSP on Dedicated Thread enabled? If it is, disable it and try reproducing the issue.

This option was already disabled (and I still get this issue) and when I enable this option, I get lots of sound issues.
