What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
The game runs fine, but the screen is black, aside from the loading screens.
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
4.0-4448 works, everything after that (starting from 4.0-4451) doesn't.
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
OS: Windows 8.1
